Lumbar Spinal Decompression Therapy
It’s here and now available at our Greene office! Spinal Decompression Therapy is a non-surgical and non-invasive breakthrough technology developed by a team of physicians and medical engineers for the treatment of low back and sciatic pain. We utilize the 3D Active Trac Decompression table that was designed and developed by Physical Therapist Duane Saunders, PT. In the past, a patient suffering from disc problems usually was given pain medications, instructed to refrain from physical activities and referred to a Physical Therapist. Though conservative physical therapy care proved very helpful in many cases, still for some patient’s, surgery seemed to be the only other option… until now!

Wound Care Treatment
Our wound care treatment program stresses the basics of common sense medical and surgical care combined with the most advanced wound care technologies (Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound, Compression Therapy, UVC Light and exercise) Most of us take our body ability to heal for granted. In fact, the healing process is quite complex. During normal healing, cells proliferate and divide, releasing growth factors. New blood vessels are created, a collagen matrix is formed, and remodeling occurs. These steps follow an orderly, predictable course. Each step depends upon the availability of appropriate substrates and nutritional elements. For some patients, certain conditions alter this course and derail the healing process. When this happens, destructive processes can outpace healing, and the wound can become chronic. Dr. Gary Parker, Jr is dedicated to caring for people with wounds that have resisted healing. Our wound care program is designed to treat patients with a comprehensive management plan. Dr. Parker and has been treating non-healing wounds for over 12 years with outstanding results and has established an impressive record in healing acute and chronic ulcers.
